Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green tomatoes
    2 beaten eggs
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grease two baking pans.
    Slice tomatoes 1/4 inch thick.
    Mix eggs, milk, water, salt, pepper and flour together.
    Dip tomatoes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    After 10 minutes, turn.
