Crispy Chicken Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    30 round crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Rinse chicken, pat dry and cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Combine flour and seasonings in a plastic bag.
    Add chicken, a few pieces at a time.
    Close bag and shake.
    Set aside.
    Combine egg and milk in small bowl.
    Dip flour coated chicken, 1/4 at a time, into egg/milk mixture and roll in crushed crackers.
    Place on large baking sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Serve with dipping sauce.
    Serves 6.
