Parmesan Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fish fillets
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. Miracle Whip Free
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
1 tsp. sherry extract
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place fish in a shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Spread mixture evenly over fillets. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30 minutes.
Yields 4 servings.
