Panetela - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg whites
    8 Tbsp. sugar
    8 egg yolks
    8 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. lemon peel, finely diced
Preparation
    Beat egg whites to soft peak.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Beat to consistency of meringue.
    Beat egg yolks slightly.
    Pour over meringue.
    Fold gently, but thoroughly.
