1 Tbsp. soy flour
1 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. wheat germ
6 c. flour mixture
3 c. warm water in large bowl (85~)
2 Tbsp. dry yeast (Baker's)
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. iodized or sea salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Put the first 3 ingredients in a measuring cup; add flour to make 1 cup.
