Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 4 tablespoons juice.
Combine sugar, flour and pineapple juice, mixing well.
Add pineapple and cheese and stir.
Put mixture into casserole dish.
Mix together the crackers and butter and cover top of pineapple mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
