Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 cups finely crushed buttery crackers
    6 Tbsp margarine
    2 cups thinly sliced Vidalia onions
    3/4 cups milk (not low fat)
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp salt
    3/4 cups packed grated sharp cheddar
    Paprika
Preparation
    Mix crackers and 4 Tbsp margarine and press mixture into 8 inch pie plate.
    Melt 2 Tbsp margarine in skillet over medium heat.
    Add onions and saute for 12 minutes (add salt and pepper to taste).
    Arrange onions in crust.
    Beat milk and eggs in medium bowl.
    Pour over onions.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
