Ho Bo'S - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
onions, sliced thin
1 lb. ground beef
chopped celery or 1 c. cream of celery soup or 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

For each person cut 14 x 14-inch foil.
Place sliced potatoes, onions and hamburg on tinfoil in layers.
Place soup on top of layers.
Mix only 1/2 can water to soup.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add some soup over hamburg.
Bring corners of foil together and twist top.
Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with salad, etc.
