Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 7 tart apples
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
dash of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 recipe plain pastry
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Pare apples and slice thin.
Mix sugar, flour, salt and spices.
Add to apples.
Fill 9-inch pastry lined pie pan.
Dot with butter.
Adjust top crust.
Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) 50 minutes.
