Overnight Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. quick cooking oats
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation
    Combine oatmeal, sugar and oil; let set overnight. Next day, add eggs, salt and flavoring; mix well. Drop by spoon onto well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 315\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Yields 6 dozen.
