Slow Cooked Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. country style ribs
1 medium onion, sliced
1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation

Place ribs and onion in slow cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours or high setting for 5 to 6 hours.
