Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, skinned and cooked
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick oleo
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 carton sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Crush crackers and place in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Save a few for top.
Melt oleo and pour over crackers.
Place chicken breasts on crackers.
Mix soups and sour cream together. Pour half the soup mixture on the chicken.
Layer water chestnuts on soup mixture.
Pour remaining soup mixture over water chestnuts.
Sprinkle with remaining crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
