Crab On English Muffin - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. white Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. mayo
1 lb. crabmeat
English muffins

Preparation

Melt first 3 ingredients in saucepan.
Add crab and stir until thickened.
Spread on English muffins.
Bake or broil until brown. Cut in quarters (bite-size pieces).
