Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Sugar
1 c. Butter
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Cocoa
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 1/2 c. Flour
1 c. Buttermilk
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 oz. Red Food Coloring
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs and beat until fluffy.
Make paste from cocoa and vinegar and add to butter mixture.
Sift salt, baking soda and flour together and add to mixture with buttermilk, vanilla and food coloring.
Put in three greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until done.
