Turkey Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. mushrooms, sauteed
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 c. diced, cooked turkey
    5 oz. can water chestnuts
    1 c. diced ham
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender, but not brown.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add next 3 ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
    Add turkey, chestnuts and ham.
