Mexican Pork Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork blade steaks (1/2-inch thick)
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chunky salsa
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil in nonstick skillet; brown pork steaks on both sides. Combine salsa, water, lemon juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops.
    Cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings. Preparation Time:
    15 minutes.
