Fancy Fish Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. fresh broccoli spears, cooked and drained
    8 fish fillets (flounder, sole or orange roughy)
    1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Divide small broccoli spears among fillets.
    Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
    Arrange in 2-quart shallow baking dish (12 x 8 x 2-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
