Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 qt. water
    2 c. milk
    2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Bring water to a rolling boil and add the rice.
    Cook about 20 minutes over low heat.
    Remove from heat and stir.
    Scald the milk in a double boiler and add the raisins.
    Turn to low for 10 minutes.
    Slowly stir in the cinnamon.
