Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. milk
2 c. cubed chicken, cooled
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 can French fried onions
Preparation

Heat soup and milk until just boiling.
Stir in chicken, rice, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes with lid on.
Sprinkle rest of cheese and onions on top.
Bake additional 5 minutes with lid off.
