Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a 12-inch skillet, cook ground meat and onion until onion is tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add next 7 ingredients; cook 2 minutes to blend flavors.
    In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, evenly spoon 1/3 meat mixture.
    Arrange potatoes on top.
    Repeat with meat mixture.
    Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
    Remove foil; sprinkle mixture evenly with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Let stand 10 minutes for easier cutting.
    Serves 8.
