Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large can solid pack tomatoes
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can pitted ripe olives (and juice)
    1 small can spaghetti sauce (with mushrooms)
    1 wedge sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 medium pkg. Fritos, crushed
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    onions and green peppers
    1 can Ortega green chilies (if desired)
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large 14 x 10-inch casserole and bake for 2 hours at 325\u00b0, covered.
    Uncover the last 1/2 hour if you want a browned top. Do not add salt as olive juice and Fritos have enough. Serve hot.
