Cold Tarragon Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boned chicken breasts
1 stick butter
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. fresh tarragon (1/2 c. dried)
1/2 c. dry white wine
Preparation

Brush tarragon and melted butter on the breasts.
Salt and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Add wine. Bake 15 minutes more. Refrigerate before serving.
Excellent alternative picnic or luncheon dish.
