Microwavable Tender Buttery Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh corn kernels (about 4 ears)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix corn, margarine, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a 1-quart casserole.
    Cover tightly and cook on High for 3 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes longer.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
