Beat And Eat Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Place sugar, cream of tartar, vanilla and egg white in small mixer bowl; mix well.
    Add boiling water to egg mixture.
    Beat with a beater on high speed until mix will stand in stiff peaks. Makes 3 cups.
    Ices 2 (8-inch) layer cakes.
