Salmon Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice, cooked and cooled
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 c. salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 cans Chicken of the Sea skinless, boneless pink salmon (6 1/8 oz. cans)
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    1/2 c. pine nuts
    1 c. frozen peas, thawed
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and toss gently.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Serves 6.
