Italian Beef On A Bun - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large or 2 small chuck roasts
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Accent
Preparation
-
Cook roast(s) in crock-pot or slow cooker because broth is needed.
Lift out meat and shred up.
To the broth, add the remaining spices.
Add meat to broth and simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Spoon onto buns when ready to serve.
