Quick Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. peaches, sliced
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put peaches in ungreased 9-inch pan.
    In bowl, mix flour and following 3 ingredients.
    Stir well and pour over peaches.
    Next, stir water and sugar until well dissolved and pour over peaches and batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
