Southern Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    3 c. prepared biscuit mix
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Let cheese and sausage stand at room temperature.
    Combine cheese, sausage and prepared biscuit mix; blend thoroughly.
    Shape into small balls.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Yields 30 biscuits.
