Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. oil
    6 green onions, diced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans beef consomm soup
    1 can water
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    In a quart baking dish, combine butter, oil, green onion, green pepper, soup, water, mushrooms and rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until rice is done.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
