Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm milk
    1 1/2 pkg. yeast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. oleo
    3 beaten eggs
    Crisco
Preparation
    Let first 3 ingredients rise.
    Sift flour and melt oleo.
    Mix beaten eggs with yeast.
    Let rise.
    When rinse, knead and let rise a second time.
    Roll out and cut with glass.
    Let rise a couple minutes and fry in hot Crisco.
    Done when fork comes out clean.
