Carrot And Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. herb season stuffing mix
3 Tbsp. melted oleo
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
8 oz. sour cream
1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos
1 lb. zucchini squash, sliced
1 lb. yellow squash, sliced
2 carrots, shredded
Preparation

Combine melted oleo and stuffing mix. Put in 2 cups of stuffing mix in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cook both kind of sliced squash 6 to 8 minutes. Drain and mash. Mix squash with all the rest of the ingredients. Put it in the baking dish on top of the stuffing mix and put the rest of the stuffing mix on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
