Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. mushrooms
1 box Ritz crackers
1/2 lb. margarine
5 slices hard salami, cut up
4 slices Swiss cheese, cut up
1 small grated onion
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Remove mushroom stems and saute chopped stems in margarine. Add onion, salami, cheese and oregano.
Add crushed crackers. Fill mushroom caps and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
