Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 (No 1.) flat can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Blend together sugar and oil; add eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add pineapple and juice, carrots, nuts and mix well.
    Bake in layer pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
