Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation
    Blend with spoon.
    Turn into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    When cool, frost.
