Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. powdered garlic
    1 tsp. peppercorn or ground pepper (coarse)
    1 Tbsp. Morton Quick tenderizer
    1 tsp. powdered onion
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Wrap in a 12 x 14-inch size sheet of foil, shiny side out.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Punch holes in bottom of foil and place on rack of oven.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
