Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large bags (4 boxes) frozen broccoli
    6 to 8 bacon strips
    1 can cream of onion soup (can substitute cream of mushroom)
    1 small (1 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
    onion rings (approximately 16 to 20)
Preparation
    Fry bacon strips until crispy.
    Remove from grease and crush bacon into small pieces.
    In a pan on the stove, cook the cream of onion soup.
    Add crushed bacon pieces; gradually add Velveeta cheese.
    Continuously stir on medium-low heat until Velveeta cheese has melted.
    Cook broccoli as directed on package.
    Drain water.
    Place broccoli into a large casserole dish.
    Pour mixture onto broccoli.
    Cover with onion rings.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Bake casserole for 30 minutes.
    Serves approximately 8 to 10.
