Apple Crisp(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cored, peeled and sliced cooking apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. quick cooking oats
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Place apples in a 9-inch square baking dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    In a small mixing bowl, microwave butter at High for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 minutes, or until melted.
    Stir in remaining ingredients until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over apples, then press down lightly.
    Microwave at High for 8 minutes.
    Rotate dish one-half turn.
    Microwave at High for 6 to 10 minutes more, or until apples are tender.
    Serve warm, cold, plain or topped with whipped cream.
