Seafood Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1/2 lb. imitation crabmeat
    1 c. half and half
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 oz. cooked fettucini
Preparation
    Heat butter and garlic in skillet on medium heat until garlic is lightly browned.
    Add crabmeat, half and half and pepper.
    Heat about 3 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble, stirring occasionally.
    Add cheese.
    Stir for one minute.
    Serve over cooked fettucini.
    Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
