Chocolate Crinkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Mazola oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted flour
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (4 oz.), melted
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix oil, chocolate and sugar.
    Blend in 1 egg at a time until well mixed.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir in salt, flour and baking powder. Chill several hours or overnight.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into confectioners sugar.
    Roll around and shape into a ball.
    Place about 2-inches apart on greased baking sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes about 50 cookies.
