Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
    1 onion, chopped
    8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
    bread crumbs (Pepperidge Farm)
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; blend with mixer.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Top with crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
