Stir-Fry Shrimp With Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. linguine, cooked al dente
    1 lb. fresh medium size shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    2 Tbsp. capers
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 small red bell pepper, sliced
    1 medium clove fresh garlic, chopped
    lemon pepper
    salt
    basil
    dill weed
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    olive oil
Preparation
    Cover bottom of large skillet or wok with approximately 3 tablespoons olive oil.
    Stir-fry the shrimp, mushrooms, bell pepper and garlic until shrimp are pink.
    Add the cooked linguine, seasonings and capers.
    Stir quickly together with Parmesan cheese just until the linguine is heated.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 2.
