Prune Cake, Prestige - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar junior baby food prunes
    1 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Blend together thoroughly sugar and vegetable oil. Add eggs, one at a time, to sugar mixture and blend after each addition. Sift together flour, soda, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon and salt. Add dry ingredients to sugar-egg mixture alternately with mixture of buttermilk and vanilla extract. Fold in prune pulp and pecans. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
