Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen Ore Ida hash browns
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can milk
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, water in skillet. Add frozen hash browns; cook until no longer frozen. Mix cream cheese, soup and milk; mix with the hash browns. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
