Orange-Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. orange-flavored instant breakfast
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. cold water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 (18 oz.) can sweet potatoes (vacuum packed)
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole combine brown sugar, orange drink powder, cornstarch and water.
    Cook at High for 2 minutes, until mixture is thickened and bubbly, stirring after one minute.
    Stir in butter.
    Add potatoes, stirring to coat.
    Cook at High for 4 minutes, until heated through, turning each potato over once. Makes 4 servings.
