Lush Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 small pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
3 c. milk

Preparation

Mix together the butter, flour and chopped nuts and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes; let cool before next layer.
