Potatoes And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. margarine, melted
8 medium baking potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked
8 oz. cream cheese
1 to 2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Combine sour cream, cream cheese and margarine.
Fold in potatoes and place in greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until mixture bubbles and cheese is melted.
