Pear Pecan Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2) can pears
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Drain juice from pears and reserve 1 cup of liquid.
Bring the juice to a boil, remove from heat and add Jell-O.
Chill until partially set.
Place cheese and pears in blender and blend until creamy.
Stir in Jell-O mixture.
Add pecans and whipping cream and fold into mixture.
Pour into mold.
