Fat-Free Stuffed Pasta Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 medium jar Prego sauce
    1 onion, chopped
    8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
    grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. turkey sausage (breakfast seasoned)
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    grated Romano cheese
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 box jumbo pasta shells
Preparation
    Saute onion, mushrooms, garlic and oregano.
    Add turkey and sausage.
    Cook on medium heat.
    Add Prego sauce.
    Pour mixture into a bowl.
    Add Romano cheese.
    Boil jumbo pasta shells until firm.
    Stuff mixture into shells, then cover heavily with Mozzarella cheese.
    Heat in oven for 10 minutes.
