Beet Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. chopped, peeled, raw beets
    8 c. chopped cabbage
    2 c. chopped onions
    3 c. chopped red and green peppers
    8 oz. prepared horseradish
    4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    6 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large pan; bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Can in hot, sterilized jars.
    Makes about 8 pints.
