Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and soda together.
    Cut in shortening. Soften yeast in water.
    Mix yeast and buttermilk with dry ingredients.
    Roll out to 1/4-inch and cut.
    Place in 400\u00b0 oven (cold).
    Dip in melted butter and fold for butterfly rolls.
